המלון נמצא באיזור שאין בו כלום. באמת, חוץ ממסעדה של המלון ועוד כאלה של בתי מלון סמוכים אין שם שום דבר. משעמם בערבים.

The location of Natural resort is excellent. And the service is good, the staff is very kind

The air condition is in front of the bed, so it is a little uncomfortable when sleep

It seemed expensive to eat because you were quite isolated on the beach Tractors on the beach :-( To many tourists shipped in to have lunch spoilt the feel of the beach and hotel

the beach is really nice but only a few seats

Price for excusion war Overpriced!!!! Taxi boat Overpriced, better you find it yourself it s like more that half price!!!!! Transportation fron the peir should be included, with the price we paid for the room, it s the least it could be Or at least you should tell your client tahat it is 1000bath from the pier!!!

A I would want to stay at the hotel again, the hotel service is very good, feel at home, great.

The staff was very kind, we didn0t have any problems. The restaurant was good and not pricy.

the location is not the best, the swimming pool is not impressive.

Property is great and so is the beach.

-Nice little wooden houses, camp atmosphere. -Nice view from our room. - Snorkeling equipment can be rented for a really good price - The surrounding islands areamazing for snorkeling, rent a longtail boat for half a day

- Long way to our bungalow - The main beach was so busy with longtail boats, tractors, scooters although the island is meant not to have motorised transport - We had ants in our bed and bathroom. After we called reception in the evening some staff came by and gave me insect spray... - hotel does not offer free transfer to Tonsai bay, when we arrived at the pier we had to say about 30euros for a longtail boat - In general it is very expensive on this secluded part of the island. U have no choice but to pay European Prices (or higher ) at the restaurants as longtail boats to town are expensive too

very hard to access. no entertainments in the hotel and around it. ants in the bathroom.

We took the house faced seaside, it was nice to see the ocean, islands and listen to the waves directly from the bedroom through the huge window or from the beach chair on the terrace. I appreciated attentive and communicative personnel of the hotel, they provided medication for my immediate injury by their own initiative and helped to make flowers and kind of cake for my girlfriends birthday.

Actually the hotel did not match our expectations. The most important thing is the absence of good beach. The whole hotel coast is stony, and water is quite shallow, furthermore the beach is fairly dirty, and to the south from this hotel as well. Area is far from ideal, garbage collection is on exhibition for the guests, rooms look old and windows sometimes are dirty. Another disadvantage is the location of it. It is quite far from the main pier of Phi Phi, so be prepared to stay in the ferry 2 hrs longer or pay 1000 bt for oneway taxiboat. However this location made us to make a 3hr walk to the town which I really enjoyed (it's not a sarcasm). It is 3 star hotel, it should be noted, however the price for our room was rather like it was 5.

Some problems with using Visa Card.

The best bit by far for us was the private beach, it's perfect. Quiet, sandy, clear water and a great snorkelling reef just 5-6 meters out. There was hardley anyone else using the beach so it was always quiet and we always got a lounger (even though there were only about 6!)The location of the hotel is far from the noise of the dock area and so there arn't any noisey parties to keep you awake. It's a great place to just chill out and relax. All the usual trips and activities are possible from the hotel, it just costs a bit more as it's a longer boat ride! The rooms were comfortable and fairly spacious, we were lucky to get one right near the private beach.

Every hotel on phi phi is overpriced compared to the mainland but you are on a beautiful island so it's to bd expected. However I did feel that the food was particularly expensive. A buffet lunch was about £6 each and having travelled a fair bit through Thailand we were more used to £1-2 for a really good meal! Dinner was even more, about £20 each depending on what you have and beer was £4 a bottle! Rather than 60p on the mainland. Still, it wasn't crazy money and the location and private beach more than made up for it.
